Physical Education class

This class students will learn about the importance of warming up their muscles before starting a workout session and on the aveage how long a session should last. Learn about getting the right and proper nutrition for the body; along with the number of serving that the FDA recommend of each serving.

The students will learn about team and individual sports. They will learn the rules of the game and how to play the games. They will also, learn about the activities that can be done throughout a lifetime; such as walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, weight lifting and other activities.

Which ever activity we discuss there will be a written test over that lesson.
